SHYAM DIVAN

Mr. Shyam Divan is a pure Civil side Practicing Lawyer in Supreme Court. He is originally from Bombay and is the son of famous Senior Advocate Late Shri Anil B. Divan.

Shri Shyam started his practice from Bombay High Court and mostly practiced at Civil Side. He was made a designate Senior by Bombay High Court and later he shifted his base from Mumbai to New Delhi.

Today, he is having a very good practice in Supreme Court. Clients and other Advocates are engaging him for all types of civil cases. He argues forcefully and vehemently puts his points of case in court in a systematic manner. He has a good knowledge of civil laws and works very hard in any case which is handed over to him.

Very simple, Sober and intelligent he is really a gentle person.

He appeared in many important cases till now and got success. Even his wife Mrs. Madhvi Divan is also a Senior Advocate in Supreme Court and was appointed as Additional Solicitor General of India. Even the younger brother of Mr. Shyam Divan is also a senior Advocate in High Court Shri Nakul Divan.

Today, Mr. Shyam Divan has his office in Nizammuddin East in New Delhi.
