Tanveer Ahmed Mir

Mr. Tanveer Ahmed Mir originally belongs to Jammu & Kashmir. His father was the youngest member of Parliament from Kashmir in his time.

Mr. Tanveer became famous all of sudden from defending Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Dr. Nupur Talwar arguing their Criminal Appeal before Allahabad High Court against their Conviction from CBI Court of Ghaziabad. He argued the case very well and finally got success in Arushi Murder case defending his clients as an excellent defence lawyer. He was also the main Lawyer in Unnao Rape case for Kuldeep Sengar. Today he is having a good practice in Delhi High Court at Criminal side. Also, he goes to Sessions Court and Supreme Court as and when required subject to payment of his fees. He is really a very hard working lawyer and his behaviour towards his juniors, briefing counsels and clients is also very good.

He has a long list of cases from Monday to Friday, thus remains very busy. He has his office in Defence colony in New Delhi and he was made a designate Senior by Delhi High Court in 2023 due to his good knowledge of law.
